We’ll help you get accurate and up-to-date information over the phone, by email or fax, or in person.

You can ask us about any subject you want and we’ll make sure you get information that explains things in a way that you understand.

For example, you might want to ask us:

  • How do I complain about my landlord?
  • Why has the council stopped my benefit?
  • Where can I use the internet for free?
  •  How do I get a pass for free travel?

We can look for information for you, or help you find it yourself.

Most people who come to us just need one or two pieces of information and we can help them very quickly.

If you have a more complex question, we might make you an appointment so you get extra help to find the answers you need.

We can also put you in touch with other organisations that can help.

Who we can support

We can support anyone living, working or studying in Tower Hamlets who is disabled or who has a long-term health condition.

This service is only available in English.
