Real Training

Get help to use computers and the internet.

It doesn’t matter if you’ve never used a computer before or if you use one all the time. We’ll make learning new skills easy and fun.

Because computers aren’t always easy for disabled people to use, we’ve got lots of equipment and computer programs that can help.

We can show you how to:

  • type up a letter and print it out
  • find information on the internet
  • use email to send messages to people
  • put photos from a camera onto a disk

If you know how to do these things already, you can ask us for help to do more difficult things, like make a website or edit a digital video.

We’ll work with you in the way that works best for you. So, you can learn in one of our training groups or work with a trainer on your own. You can learn things quickly or ask to learn slowly. You can ask to learn how to do just one thing or learn lots of different skills.

Who we can support

We can support anyone living in Tower Hamlets who is disabled or who has a long-term health condition.

This service is only available in English.
