THEN and NOW Inclusive Employment

This project supports HR professionals, industry leaders and line managers so that they can confidently recruit, train and retain Deaf and disabled employees. We help organisations from all sectors across London understand their responsibilities under UK law and resolve the employment barriers often experienced by Deaf and disabled people. All with the minimum of cost, time or fuss.

We call on the expertise of our partners and co-production team, who help inform and direct our work.
